The Organisation has segregated a large piece of land (20,476m²) into twenty two (22) plots which are available for sale in Pahna village in the district of Limassol.
The road network and the traffic areas around the plots have already been constructed in order to comply with the relevant legislation and urban planning regulations while simultaneously upgrading infrastructure for transportation and pedestrian use. Provision is included for future use by individuals with disabilities as the road network includes ramps for wheelchairs, tactile paving for the blind as well as signage to help guide future residents in general.
