Another project of the Organisation is located near Pelendri village and is supported by the main road network connecting Pelendri to Amiantos village. This project consists of seven (7) plots laid in succession to each other alongside a pine-covered public road with easy access and short distance from the cities Nicosia and Limassol.

These plots are positioned within a residential planning area which includes the necessary infrastructure.
