Purpose of Establishment

The Cyprus Land Development Organisation was founded by the Cyprus Government in 1980 in the ambit of its social policy to provide assistance to low and middle-income families to acquire their own residence.

The activities of the Organisation in the housing sector are fully aligned with broader governmental objectives, such as maintaining the population in the countryside as well as revitalizing areas near or alongside the buffer zone.
